We set ourselves high standards for the level of service we provide and look to deliver these at all times and we are always here to listen whether that be to a complaint to help us improve a service or to hear positive feedback about a member of staff.

We have a form available to allow you to send in your comments, complaints or complements directly to our customer service team. An email address is also available on every page of this website.
We currently have a number of different social media channels that allow for two way feedback, if comments are received on these we will ensure they are followed up by a relevant member of staff.
If you would like to speak to a member of our customer service team they are available in our Civic Centre to deal with any comment.
