Simply complete our Direct Debit Application Form and provide us with your bank details and we will arrange a monthly Direct Debit, there is a range of payment dates available.
You can pay any Council Bill by debit card over the telephone by calling our Cash Office on (0115) 901 3949 from 08:45 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday; and 08:45 to 16:00 on Friday. Closed Bank Holidays and Weekends.

You can use your own internet banking facilities to pay us, either by making a one-off payment or setting up a standing order. Please ensure that you quote the correct reference/account number.
It can take up to six days for your payment to reach your account. All payments must arrive at the Council by the due date of payment.
