The Gedling Constitution

The Constitution of the Council contains rules governing how we operate, how our decisions are made, and ensures the procedures in place are efficient, transparent and accountable to you.

The Constitution contains 13 articles setting out the basic rules governing the Council's business and then more detailed procedures and codes of practice.
