Two teenagers caught spraying graffiti in a park in Arnold have avoided prosecution thanks to a new approach to justice.

On Saturday 11 February 2012, PCSOs Anthony Sams and Darren Scatcherd caught the 16 and 17-year-olds spray-painting the skateboard area of Arnot Hill Park.
