Gedling Borough Council understands that reporting anti social behaviour is at times difficult and residents require support in a variety of ways. Each resident will be kept up to date in relation to their complaint and have a free flowing dialog with the Officer investigating their concerns at each stage of the investigation.

A meeting will be arranged where all residents concerned will be invited and an agreement or contract will be agreed.
