To help achieve our mission, Gedling Borough Council has agreed four key priorities, which the Council aims to deliver directly, and with its partners. They are:

The Council has agreed these priorities to help focus our work and channel resources.
The priorities have been reviewed and updated taking into account a number of factors including the progress and success of the previous priorities, new political priorities and commitments, national and local priorities, as well as resident’s concerns and priorities. The organisational vision of the Transformation Programme was also used to inspire them.
Our Values
The Council’s Vision defined the roles and the culture of the future Council.
