Gedling Partnership is the local strategic partnership for the borough and operates according to its partnership structure. Within this structure the Board decides the key priorities and directions. The Board has a commitment to make sure all local organisations, groups and residents can contribute to the partnership, through consultation or participation.
From the priorities that are set, the Executive decides on what projects to do. The membership of the Executive includes a Chair and Vice-Chair, appointed by the Board, and representatives who have a lead role in delivering specific priorities.
The Delivery Partnerships are the individual themed sub-groups whose function is to deliver the projects and initiatives.
Everyone - The Board, Executive and Delivery Partnerships work together and pool their resources in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the partnership.
