Recycling Centres

Gedling Borough Council is helping you to reduce waste and increase recycling by providing 10 local recycling centres.

Most plastics used in your home can be recycled including your plastic milk bottles, pop bottles and washing up liquid bottles. Please remove lids from bottles and cartons (place these in the recycling bank separately). Plastics that cannot go in your green recycling bin at home, such as plastic food trays and punnets, can be taken to the supermarket centres.

Please flatten bottles and milk cartons before placing them in the recycling banks as this will help save space

PLEASE NOTE Due to refurbishment works at ASDA the recycling centre is being temporarily moved to the leisure centre car park next door.
