We deal with issues regarding dead pets sensitively, as we understand how important your pets are to you. All domestic cats which are found are recorded with a short description and the location they were found in. We also take a photo of most pets. We can organise for you to view this in a private room at Jubilee House. Directions can be found on our Contact Us pages. Please be aware that some of the images can be upsetting. Contact our customer services team on 0115 901 3621 to make arrangements or email waste@gedling.gov.uk.
We will remove animals killed on the roads from public places in the borough within one working day. We do not pick up animals from inside a property. If your report is about a dog, please contact the RSPCA on 0115 9334 422 or the PDSA on 0115 978 5787 to see if they have been recorded as a stray. Visit our stray dog pages for more information.
