What pest species are treated?
All common public health pest species can be treated. These include rats (inside), mice (inside), fleas, cockroaches and bedbugs. Advice may be given on a number of other pest species, including rats outside, foxes, moles, wasps, ants, squirrels, biscuit beetle.
How much does it cost?
Currently there is a charge of £49.40 for flea treatments only.

Our Aims
- To respond carry out treatment for rats inside, mice, fleas, cockroaches and bedbugs within 2 working days of receipt of the request.
- To answer telephone calls as quickly as possible. When a Pest Control Officer is unavailable your call will be answered by an administration officer who will take your details.
- To arrange appointments during working hours to suit customer needs whenever possible
- To offer advice or information on further contacts where we cannot deal directly with a problem
- Listen to the views of our users in order to constantly improve the service we provide.
- Regularly review with users the standards of service and provide details of the standards we have achieved.
- Respond to all letters within 10 working days of receipt.
