Annual Accounts and Audit

Like all local authorities, we are required to show our service represents good value for money by annually reporting our income, expenditure and balance for the financial year gone by.

Each year our accounts are checked by the District Auditor who provides an audit certificate and their opinion of whether these fairly present our financial position.

Members Allowances

We have a statutory responsibility to publish any sum paid to Members under the Members Allowances Scheme. This information must be published as soon as we are reasonably able after the end of the financial year.
