Proof of Identity

We require proof of your identity and National Insurance number when processing your benefit application to comply with Government anti-fraud initiatives.

Documents provided as proof of identity must be originals as we use special equipment and procedures to check documents are genuine.

For more information, please contact our Benefits section at the Civic Centre on (0115) 901 3970, email housingbenefits@gedling.gov.uk or visit our Making a Claim page for more information.
