Direct Debit is the most popular and easiest way to make monthly payments. Choosing to make payment by Direct Debit allows you to vary the date that your instalments are payable to either 1stt, 7th, 15th or 28th of the month

You can also download a Direct Debit instruction form, which once completed should be sent to the Local Taxation Section at the address at the bottom of this page, alternatively, you can provide your bank details over the telephone.

Payment by cash or cheque should be made to the Council's Cash Office at the Civic Centre. The Cash office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.45 pm (4.15 pm Fridays). Night safe facilities are also available.
Payment may be made with your Debit Card at the Council's Cash Office or by telephoning (0115) 901 3949. (Credit Cards are not accepted)
Cheques should be made payable to Gedling Borough Council and sent to the Council's Cash Office at the Civic Centre. Please ensure you write your Reference Number, name and address on the reverse of your cheque and include your demand notice if you require a receipt. Post dated cheques are not accepted
Payment may be made at any Post Office or Payzone outlet in the country, free of charge, with a Post Office Plastic Card. To order a card please contact the Local Taxation Section using the details at the bottom of this page.
