OPENGedling allows residents of the borough to see information about their Council Tax and Business Rates accounts online, as well as providing access to residents' Benefit claims.
Where Housing Benefit is paid direct to a private landlord, OPENGedling allows landlords to see information about their tenants' benefit payments.
You can also use this service to submit forms, tell us about a change in circumstance or make a request for a related service.
Anyone wishing to access their Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits information online can do so by opening an OPENGedling account on the Registration page. (External site)

Once registered, it is in your interest not to divulge your OPENGedling account information to any other person.
OPENGedling is available most of the time, although regular maintenance work means that the service is unavailable from Monday to Friday between Midnight and 5:00 am.
OPENGedling is an information-only facility that does not process payments for any of our services. Anyone wishing to make a payment online can do so by visiting our How to Pay page.
