Gedling Homes, a not for profit housing association, now owns and manages what used to be Gedling Borough Council's housing stock of around 3,350 homes. We continue to be responsible for housing benefits, accommodation for homeless people, the housing register, new housing developments, regeneration and issues relating to privately owned housing, such as energy efficiency, home improvement assistance and landlord and tenant issues.
