The Homelessness Act 2002 requires all local authorities to carry out a review of homelessness and homelessness services in their area to provide as complete a picture as possible of the degree and nature of homelessness in their area.
The Council and its partners undertook a review which has helped the Council to shape the Draft Gedling Homelessness Strategy 2008-13.
The consultation on the Draft Homelessness Strategy 2008-13 has now ended and the final version of the Strategy was adopted in July 2008.
