Squatters

A squatter is someone who enters and remains in a property as a trespasser. If you suspect that a council property is being occupied by someone other than the tenant, please contact housing services on 0115 901 3652, and you will be put in touch with the Housing Officer who manages that area. or e-mail housingservices@gedling.gov.uk

Squatting is problematic for the authority and we greatly appreciate the help of residents in identifying possible situations.
