The Democratic & Community Services Department is one of our core services, providing support to our officers and members in delivery our services to the public.
The department's two sections are outlined below:
The Legal Services Section provides legal advice and assistance to our various departments. This section is also responsible for overseeing our duties in unlawful evictions and the harassment of private sector tenants.
The Democratic Services Section supports our democratic functions, which include compiling our electoral register, committee management and aiding various support functions.
