Gedling Borough Council is working in partnership with Rushcliffe Borough Council to deliver the Estates service. It is responsible for:
From time to time, the Council sells land or buildings which are surplus to its requirements. This sometimes follows a request from a potential purchaser, for example to purchase some land to extend their garden, and sometimes follows a decision of the Council that it no longer requires the land/building, which would then result in the land/building being placed on the open market.
