This development comprises 5 business units constructed in 1999 of brick and block construction to a high specification.
The units range from 180 square metres – 480 square metres and have an eaves height of 4.5 metres, roller shutter door and adjacent personnel door giving access to the unit, with a rear fire exit door. The units have the benefit of gas fired warm air heating and two toilets, one being equipped for people with disabilities. Externally there is ample car parking, circulation and landscaped areas and the site is secured with steel palisade security fencing and gates.
