Calverton

Our Calverton workshops comprise eight modern business units situated on Hoyle Road, off Mansfield Lane, Calverton. (External site)

The Hoyle Road units range from 120-225 square metres and have roller shutter doors, adjacent personnel doors giving access to the unit, as well as:

• 3.5m (11.5 ft approx) eaves height
• Gas fired warm air heating
• Concrete floors
• Two toilets
• Fluorescent lighting
• Perimeter secured by steel palisade fencing and gates

Newstead Village

Situated on Hazelford Way, off Hucknall Road, our Newstead units consist of five portal framed buildings, three units incorporated into a single block and two standalone units. (External site)

These units also benefit from roller shutter doors, doubled glazed windows and doors, as well as:

• 4.5m (15 ft approx) eaves height
• Gas fired warm air heating
• Concrete floors
• Two toilets
