In order to make our decision making process quicker and more transparent, we currently adopt a 'Leader and Cabinet' model which follows the structure below:
The Cabinet consists of the leader and six elected members, each taking responsibility for certain services and making decisions within their area of responsibility in accordance with their delegated authority.
The Cabinet, who exercise our executive functions, is structured as follows:
