DNA - The Direct Debit Membership Scheme

This excellent money saving scheme covers a wide range of facilities including unlimited use of the following:

• Fitness Studios
• Swimming
• Exercise Classes

Direct Debit customers will have the opportunity to join on a 12-month membership, 9 month Contract or the flexible monthly scheme.

The scheme offers you an additional and more convenient way to pay for activities and also offers fantastic savings. For example:

• A customer who visits the gym twice each week and swims once a week would normally pay £49 per month!! Joining DNA on a 9 month contract would save that customer £17 each month.

How to join

You can join the scheme by contacting any of the following centres

• Arnold Leisure Centre
• Calverton Leisure Centre
• Carlton Forum Leisure Centre
• Redhill Leisure Centre

or by ringing the membership services office on (0115) 9403956

Direct Debit Scheme Options are as follows:

• DNA Annual Membership (No joining fee) is £384
• DNA Annual Concessionary Membership (No joining fee) is £278.40
• DNA Monthly Membership (9 month contract) is £32
• DNA Monthly Membership (No contract) is £37.50
• DNA Concessionary Monthly Membership (9 month contract) is £23.20
• DNA Concessionary Monthly Membership (No contract) is £28.20

A one-off administration fee of £29.95 (£20 for concessionary members)is charged when a customer signs up to the scheme.

All access to facilities is subject to normal booking and availability.

Free Guest Passes

Once you are a DNA member you can claim your 3 free guest passes. The guest pass entitles your friends or family to enjoy one day at any leisure centre for free! The activities included in this guest pass are swimming (not swimming lessons), exercise options and the fitness suite. To claim your 3 passes use this link.

Junior Membership

The junior membership scheme includes:

• unlimited use of the SHOKK youth gym at Carlton Forum
• unlimited public swimming

This package is a bargin at just £15 per month, and is only £12 per month if bolted on to an adult DNA memebrship. There is a one off administration fee of £14.95 to pay.
