Exercise Options
Is the name given by Gedling Leisure to its range of exciting exercise classes, designed to suit everybody.
Each class is graded with our specially designed “heart level” system, showing the user how difficult or easy the type of class is.
Class difficulty classification
Heart One - EASY
Ideal for beginners, the more frail amongst us, younger enthusiasts or any person who wants a gentle work out.
Heart Two - NORMAL
A little more difficult than Heart One. If you are familiar with classes but don’t want to over exert yourself than this is for you.
Heart Three - TOUGH
Now we are talking tough. You should have previously participated in aerobics and know what to expect. Be prepared to sweat.
Heart Four - EXTREME
You have to be ready to work hard. Definitely not for the elderly, infirm or beginners.
