Monday

• 10.30am-11.30am   -    Aqua Natal Swim
• 10:30am - 12:00pm   -  Yoga
• 1:00pm    - 2:30pm    -   Beginners Yoga

Wednesday

• 10.00am - 11.00am   -  Beginners Line Dancing
• 12.00pm - 2.00pm    -    Line Dancing (Intermediate)
• 7.00pm - 7.45pm         Swim Fit

Thursday

• 11.00am-11.45am    -  Water Aerobics
• 2:00pm - 3:00pm      -  Aerobics (low intensity)
• 7:30pm - 9:00pm      -  Yoga

Friday

• 10.30am - 12.00pm  -  Yoga

Creche facilities are available strictly for children aged 6 weeks to 8 years for whom you have an ongoing parental responsibility.
