We have been running 50 plus activities at Carlton Forum for over ten years, with the club now meeting twice a week on a Monday and Thursday afternoon between 12pm and 4.35pm.

We now offer a range of 50 plus activities, including volleyball, table tennis, badminton, swimming, aerobics and swimming, as well as offering access to our fitness suite.
The club now has over 50 regular members who enjoy both its physical and social aspects, as well as occasional trips in this country and abroad.
There’s no need to book any of our 50 plus activities, so just come along in the appropriate clothing and pay for a ticket at reception.

An afternoon of 50 plus activities costs just £4.40 for Gedling Leisure Card holders, whilst non-cardholders can still get involved with as many activities as they feel they can handle for just £5.10
