How to book

To book tickets for any of our shows, please visit the Bonington Theatre box office or call us on (0115) 956 0733.

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking and can be held at the Theatre until the evening of the performance. Alternatively, we can arrange to post your tickets for no additional charge.

Debit card payments can be made over the telephone, whilst at the box office we accept payments made with cash, debit cards and cheques.

House rules

We offer concessionary discounts to anyone aged under 16 or over 60, students in full-time education and anyone that is unemployed and in receipt of benefits. We reserve the right to ask for proof of eligibility for any of our concessionary discounts.

Latecomers may only be admitted into the theatre during a suitable break in the performance and will be requested to take the nearest seat available at the back of the theatre.

We do not permit the use of recording equipment, video recorders, cameras or mobile phones under any circumstances in the Theatre.

We only offer refunds when a performance is cancelled. Please note that we only offer tickets for resale when a performance is sold out.

Tickets for our productions may be pre-sold by the companies themselves and may limit the availability of seats at the time of booking.

Please note that tickets do not necessarily go on sale at the same time that our shows are announced.

Please note that some productions may be unsuitable for children or will contain material that could cause offence. If you’re unsure of a show’s suitably, please contact our box office staff using the details provided above.
