1. Get Moving with The Geddles!

Fundamental Gymnastics Sessions

Geddle BoyGeddle Girl

Fundamental gymnastics is designed for young children between the ages of 14 months and 5 years. The structured sessions provide an athletic base for all sports, as well as the many gymnastics disciplines. Fundamental Gymnastics sessions give children the opportunity to develop their running, balancing, jumping, rolling, throwing and catching skills whilst exploring the use of apparatus through interesting and educational themes.

‘The Geddles’, our friendly characters, guide children through all of the different activities and through the five achievement levels.  Balancing Ben, Jumping Jo, Rolling Rachel, Co-ordinated Carl and Agility Gemma will make activities FUN and rewarding.

The sessions are split into two 45-minute classes.  The first class is for children who are 14 months, up to 2 and a half years old.  At this session all children must be accompanied by an adult.  The second class is for children from 2 and a half to 5 years old and adults are welcome to stay.

Fundamental Gymnastics give all children the chance to achieve, succeed and most of all to have FUN in a safe, physical environment.

Please see the tables below for details of the forthcoming sessions.
