What’s on offer

We offer a range of exercise options to help keep you fit and healthy, with our trained instructors able to adapt the intensity of all our sessions to people of all ages, abilities and levels of fitness.

Our organised gym sessions offer state of the art equipment and the chance to get help, advice and an individual training programme to suit you from our team of fitness advisors.

Re-energise, relax and understand how your body works with our Mind and body programme of yoga, Tai chi and Pilates classes.

High-energy, fat burning sessions that offer the choice of aerobics, spinning, swing into shape and circuit training classes.

A series of sessions focused on toning and strengthening the body to help make it more efficient at burning fat.

As well as our new swim scheme, we also provide wet workouts, aqua natal and swim fit sessions for a chance to workout in our swimming pools.

There is a great choice of junior exercise classes for children up to the age of 14yrs, including cheerleading and street dance.
