Food Sampling
We now operate a food sampling programme arranged through the Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Food Sampling Group.
The scheme is largely based upon the national Local Authorities Co-ordinators Body of Regulatory Services (LACORS)/Health Protection Agency (HPA) sampling programme and is supplemented by agreed local food sampling sessions in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area.
For more information, please contact our Food section at the Civic Centre on (0115) 901 3974, fax (0115) 901 3843 or email foodservices@gedling.gov.uk
