Exercise Classes


Our instructor led classes are the perfect way to motivate and deliver your fitness goals. You will need to book your place in advance. The timetables refresh every Sunday and you can book a session up to 7 days in advance. Classes with availability will show on the table below. Once a class is fully booked it will no longer show on the timetable for that week.

We also have virtual classes available at Redhill and Carlton Forum Leisure Centres which are included in the DNA membership at no extra cost.
