We have seven community centres in Arnold, Carlton, Gedling and Mapperley all with a wide range of facilities.
Alcohol may be served at all our venues apart from the Westdale Lane community centre, although anyone wishing to sell alcohol at our eligible community centres must first apply for a temporary events notice from our Licensing section.
The leisure department run some activities at the community centres, to find out more please visit the timetable page. There are some regular hirers of the community centres which offer activities to members of the public. To find out more about these activities please see the Community centre activity list [184kb] .
When hiring the community centres you are able to bring in external caterers, entertainers, DJs and bouncy castles etc. Your booking should include time for setting the event up, as well as time at the end for cleaning and clearing away any rubbish, tables and chairs etc.
In making a booking at a community centre, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of hire.
