Street Dance Classes

Classes Available

Our street dance classes are suitable for children and young people of all levels of ability and experience.

St'ance

Gedling’s Stanhope Primary School is the venue for mixed sessions for boys and girls at the following times:

• Junior sessions for ages 7 to 11 – Wednesday 5.30pm till 6.30pm
• Senior sessions for ages 12 to 18 – Wednesday 6.30pm till 7.30pm

Culcha for girls

• Junior classes for ages 8 to 11 – Thursdays from 5pm till 6pm
• Senior classes for ages 12 to 18 – Thursdays from 6pm till 7pm

The Force for boys

• Junior sessions for ages 7 to 12 – Thursdays from 7pm till 8pm
• Senior sessions for ages 13 to 18 – Thursdays 8pm till 9.30pm

Culcha and the Force sessions run every week during term time at Arnold Hill Community Centre.

All sessions are delivered by experienced dance practitioners. Sessions cost around £3 per class and all groups have the chance to perform at a number of local events, including the Arnold Carnival and Gedling Show.
