Online Booking

Gedling Leisure Card holders can book a range of leisure activities including racket sports and exercise classes, up to 7 days in advance using the online booking service. The online service is available for use everyday between the hours of 6am and 1am the following day.

Making a Booking

To start making bookings and cancellations online you will firstly need to have a valid Gedling Leisure Card and your six-digit membership number to hand.

Once you have this, simply visit the online booking service and type in your details. You can then select the leisure centre and activity you wish to book. It's that simple!

Cancelling a Booking

It is also possible to cancel leisure bookings through the online service or alternatively an activity can be cancelled over the phone by contacting the relevant leisure centre.

In order to protect access for everyone we require 24hrs notice for cancellation of a booking. We reserve the right to charge the normal rate for the booking that is not cancelled, this includes casual users and DNA members.
