Statement of Decisions and Proposed Modifications 12 January 2005
NOTES ABOUT THE USE OF THE STATEMENT OF DECISIONS AND PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS (SDPM):
The Statement of Decisions and Proposed Modifications should be read in conjunction with the Gedling Borough Local Plan First Replacement Revised Deposit Draft (May 2002) and Parts 1 & 2 of the Gedling Borough Local Plan Inspector's Report (March 2004 and May 2004 respectively).
In Chapters 2 (Housing) and 4 (Employment) of the Statement of Decisions and Proposed Modifications, some of the numbering is out of sequence, as follows:
- In Chapter 2, paragraph references 2.4 - 2.13, there is some repetition of paragraph numbering and some numbering is out of sequence. This is to correspond with the Inspector's Report, for the avoidance of doubt.
- In Chapter 4, the sequence of paragraph referencing jumps from 4.23 to 4.28. This is to correspond with the Inspector's Report, for the avoidance of doubt.
