Dead animals

We remove dead animals from the roads and public places in the Gedling Borough area.

  • Inside properties  - we do not collect dead animals from inside a property
  • Gardens - only in exceptional circumstances do we collect from the customers garden. For example where the customer is physically unable to dispose of a larger animal (i.e. foxes, badgers)
  • Grass verges - we do not collect dead wildlife from grass verges in the countryside unless in a prominent place
  • Roads - we do not collect smaller creatures (such as rats, squirrels, birds, pigeons, hedgehogs, voles, hares, rabbits, frogs, toads, foxes, badgers or similar) from the roads.

Our response team will collect dead animals within 1 working day.
