Assisted Collections

Garden Waste Collection You may qualify for an assisted collection service if there is no able bodied member in your household who can help you with the wheelie bin or glass box. If you would like some help we can arrange for the crew to do this for you, either long or short term.

You can apply online for an assisted collection or use any of the contact details found on this page.

If successful your address will be added to our assisted collections list. On your collection day the crew will collect your bin or box empty it and return it to where they found it. However, in order to make the service as efficient as possible we ask that the bin or box is as close to the front of the property as possible.
