Skin piercing and tattooing
You'll need a skin piercing and tattooing licence if your business does one or more of the following
- Acupunture
- Ear piercing
- Electrolysis
- Tattooing.
A premises licence costs £185 and a personal licence costs £85.50.

You'll need to download the application form and return it to us at the Civic centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold NG5 6LU.
How to pay
- Online using a debit card
- By cheque made payable to Gedling Borough Council
- In person at the Civic Centre
