50+ active for life clubs

The leisure centres run afternoon sessions called Active for Life which includes a variety of activities such as badminton, exercise classes, swimming, fitness suite, table tennis and volleyball as well as a chance to socialise with other customers. These sessions are very popular and are included in a DNA membership. It is also possible to attend on a pay as you play basis which costs £6.50 for all the activities
