Skin piercing, tattooing, and electrolysis

 If you carry out any of the treatments listed below you will need to register both the premises and each person that carries out the treatments.  The initial registration includes the premises and one person.  Additional people will need a separate registration.  This is a one off registration and will only need to be reapplied for if you move premises:

• Acupuncture
• Tattooing
• Semi- permanent skin-colouring
• Cosmetic piercing
• Electrolysis
