Notice of intention to republish the register

In accordance with the Representation of the People Act 1983 and the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001 notice is hereby given of the council’s intention to publish a revised register of electors on 1 March 2024.

The revised register will incorporate the changes to polling districts, polling places and polling stations which is due for approval by Gedling Borough council on 21 February 2024.

Electors registered in the area do not need to take any action as a result of this notice, but candidates and agents should take note that the electoral numbers of registered electors may change as a consequence of the republication.
