On Sunday 12 November an Arnold Remembrance Parade will take place to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.

Timing of Proceedings

9.00am: The Parade will form at the Victory Club on Church Drive East

Approx 9.20am: Parade marches to St Paul’s Church for the service of remembrance.

9:45am: Church Service commences

10.30am: Parade leaves church, forms up for the march to Arnold Hill Park from the corner of Church Drive East down Mansfield Road, and turns left onto Sir John Robinson Way. The parade then turns right into Nottingham Road then enters the Arnot Hill park via the main entrance and driveway.

10.40am: Participants assemble at the Memorial in Arnot Hill Park.

10:50am: Act of Remembrance begins

11.00am: Two minutes silence

11.15am -11.30am: The Act of Remembrance completes.

11.40am: Parade is stood down

Parade participants leave the war memorial in the park via the main Arnot Hill Park entrance. Participants proceed to Church Drive East back to the Arnold Victory Club via Nottingham Road for refreshments.
