Description
Arnold Summer Fair, sponsored by Willmott Dixon, will take place on Saturday 21 June, from 11am to 5pm at the award-winning Arnot Hill Park.
The popular community celebration, promises a full day of free, family-friendly entertainment, with live music, creative workshops, historical exhibitions and multicultural street food.

This year the event celebrates the history and heritage of Gedling and will include a commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the end of WWII.

Other activities in the park
12–2pm and 2.30-4.30pm - Skate workshops with Skate Nottingham at the skate park
11am to 5pm - Nottinghamshire County Council Youth Service Workshops next to the Youth Shelter (behind the Civic Centre)
11.30-1pm and 2.30-4.30 - Community painting workshops inside the bowls pavilion with City Arts Young Producers – help to create a new mural for the Rose Garden in Arnot Hill Park.
Getting to the park
Arnot Hill Park is located at the edge of Arnold Town Centre on Nottingham Road NG5 6LU.
Please note that parking on site is very limited.
The park has several bus stops nearby, with regular services, and is within walking distance of Arnold Town Centre. There are nearby bus stops both towards and from Nottingham City Centre, and towards and from Calverton. There are also buses from Carlton and Clifton that stop near the park.
