Join Gedling Borough Council and our partners, the Department for Work and Pensions, for the Autumn Jobs Fair.

This is a great opportunity to speak to a wide range of local and national employers and providers who offer a variety of vacancies, apprenticeships, courses and opportunities, including giving employability advice on the day.

There is no booking needed, just drop in betweeen 1pm and 4pm on 7 October. 

Previously, employers at the Job Fairs have included; Nottingham Skills Academy, Tesco, The Army, Nottinghamshire Police, NHS, Jigsaw Homes, Nottingham City Council Housing, Skillnet, Fareshare East Midlands, Inspire, Futures and West Notts College. 

The list of organisations attending the Autumn Jobs Fair is still to be confirmed, so please check back nearer the date for details.

Where to find the event

The event takes place in the Civic Centre at Arnot Hill Park, Nottingham Road, Arnold, NG5 6LU and is within walking distance of Arnold Town Centre. Parking on-site is very limited.

The park has several bus stops to and from Nottingham City Centre nearby, with regular services. Buses include the NCTX 25, 53, 58, as well as the Calverton Connection.

There is a small public car park near the main entrance to the park with two hours free parking (please note that you still need a ticket), as well as a few spaces directly in front of the building with one hour free parking.
