Take a tour of the centre
Have a Boditrax health and fitness assessment
Try the gym for free
Take part in a choice of four exercise classes for free
Bring your kids along for a free Bouncy Castle Fun session
Book onto a free swimming lesson taster session for stage 1 and 2 or enjoy a free family swimming session.

Leisure staff will be on hand to talk you through memberships, swimming lessons and any other questions you have about using the centre.
