Come along to Carlton Forum Leisure Centre and see how our friendly, experienced staff can help you to get more active. You can have a free assessment, try out a gym session, have a go at a virtual fitness class or just come for a look around to see what you might fancy having a go at.

Drop in for a tour of the centre and see the fantastic facilities on offer, from the gym, fitness studios and sports hall, to the health suite and swimming pools. Our fitness advisors will be on hand to chat with you about what is included in a Gedling Leisure membership and about how they can help you to reach your health and fitness goals. 

You can have a free Boditrax health and fitness assessment with one of our fitness advisors. The Boditrax machine builds a picture of your current helath and fitness levels, which can be used to tailor a fitness plan just for you. (You will need to take your shoes and socks off for this assessment.) 

Bring your workout kit with you and enjoy a free gym session on the day (under 18s will need an assessment with a fitness instructor, subject to their availability).

Virtual fitness classes will be available from 11.30am, to try out for free in our studios.

After your workout, why not pop into our health suite (over 18s only) to experience the sauna, steam room and relaxation area for free.

Staff from the Moballise Physiotherapy Clinic will also be available to chat to at the event. 

If you, or your child, are interested in starting swimming lessons, you can also pick up a swim assessment card at the event too. You can then book a free 30 minute assessment for another day.
