Are you a business local to Gedling or trading in and around Gedling? If so, you're welcome to come along to the Gedling Business Support Network.
Our goal is to help Gedling businesses thrive by offering support services from the Council, East Midlands Chamber, D2N2 Growth Hub, and other partners, along with fostering collaboration among peers.
Following feedback from our previous meetings, we’ll be focusing on how to Sell Smarter: Boost Your Sales and Close More Deals with confidence, delivered by expert Lindsey Newman-Wood at our January meeting. We’ll also be outlining the benefits of businesses working with schools and young people, delivered by East Midlands Combined County Authority.

In this dynamic workshop, small business owners will discover practical sales techniques designed to increase conversion rates and build lasting customer relationships. Learn how to ask the right questions, handle objections with confidence, and close deals effectively without feeling pushy. Packed with actionable tips and practical examples, this session will leave you empowered to sell smarter and grow your business.
Focus Group Discussion – All Welcome, thank you to everyone who expressed interest in supporting the future leadership of Gedling Business Support Network. At the end of our January meeting, we will be hosting a focus group to discuss what you, as a local business, want going forwards. The Network needs to work for local businesses so we need and appreciate your input and support on its future.
