This summer Skate Nottingham are bringing loads of free activities to the Gedling area, in partnership with Gedling Borough Council.
Join them at four different skateparks for free skateboard coaching, creative workshops, and DIY skills/skatepark repair workshops!
Sat 20th July: Standhill skatepark, King George V Recreation Ground, Carlton, NG4 1JS
12-3pm: Free skateboard coaching
Tue 30th July: Arnold Bowls, Arnot Hill Park, NG5 4HZ
11am - 1pm: Free skateboard coaching
1-2pm: Skatepark design workshop
2-5pm: Skate and Regenerate - skatepark repair workshop
Wed 7th August: Calverton skatepark, NG14 6LE
12-4pm: Free skateboard coaching & creative workshop
Wed 21st August: Jubilee Park skatepark, NG4 2QG
12-3pm: Free skateboard coaching

The minimum age for skateboard coaching is 7 years old. The Skate and Regenerate workshops will involve DIY tasks that will be split into age-appropriate groups, with some things open to 11-16-year-olds, and everything else for 16+ only. The creative & design workshops are open to all ages!
Please book free tickets if you need to borrow skateboards and helmets at the Skate Nottingham website. If you have your own kit, you can just turn up on any of the days.
