Stoke Lane Allotments in Gedling are holding an Open Day — a wonderful opportunity to explore the plots, meet the friendly community of growers and discover the joys of allotment gardening.

Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just curious about what goes on behind the gates, this relaxed event offers something for everyone.

Enjoy guided tours, fresh produce displays, gardening tips and a chance to chat with plot holders about their experiences. It's the perfect way to get inspired, ask questions and maybe even put your name down for a plot of your own!

There will be honey for sale, cakes, fresh produce stalls, live entertainment and a tombola.

The main entrance to the allotments is on Stoke Lane and there is also a pedestrian entrance off Emerys Road. There is parking for cars at both ends.
