Cinema

Films on the big screen this summer include animated adventures, action packed blockbusters and a dip into life in Barbie Land! All Tuesday film screenings are now just £5. Cinema tickets for other days are £6.80 |£5.80 concessions |£4 for 16-25 members.

The Little Mermaid – the new film telling story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure: 23, 26 & 27 July.

Asteroid City – Wes Anderson’s offbeat comedy set in an American desert town known for its observatory and meteor crater, stars Tom Hanks and Scarlett Johansson: 23 - 27 July.

Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken – an animated film about a shy teenager who discovers she’s part of a legendary royal lineage of mythical sea krakens! 28 July - 5 August.

Elemental - The new animated film from Disney and Pixar tells the story of life in a city where fire, water, land and air residents live. 28 July - 17 August.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny - Indy is back in another action packed adventure, this time with Goddaughter Helena (played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge). 30 July – 3 August.

Barbie  - Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling star as Barbie and Ken in the colourful and seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. However, when they get a chance to go to the real world, they soon discover the joys and perils of living among humans. 1-16 August.

Mission Impossible - Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt and sets out on an action packed mission to stop a new weapon from falling into the wrong hands: 11 – 17 August.

Oppenheimer - Christopher Nolan's epic thriller tells the story of an enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it. 18 - 31 August.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem - the pizza-loving heroes are back and this time take ona mysterious crime syndicate. 18 - 31 August.

Cinderella - Celebrate 100 years of Disney, with a rare chance to watch some of Disney’s classic films on the big screen again! First up is Cinderella from 1950 - there will also be other classic Disney films coming soon including The Jungle Book and Beatuty and the Beast. Tickets for all Disney 100 screenings are just £children and £4 for adults.
